Chef Tristan Encarnacion of GMA 7’s Unang Hirit and Chef Mitchie Sison made fire at SM City Clark recently in a four-hour free cooking demo at the Event Center. The activity, sponsored by Sunnex, was indeed a heartwarming gesture from the two respected chefs who shared their secret recipes for Chicken Mushroom Piccata, Spinach & Basil Pasta and Orange Glazed Carrots.
