Guam Airport chairman visits CIAC. Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) President and CEO Victor Jose I. Luciano (right) welcomes Martin Gerber, chairman of the board of the Guam International Airport Authority (GIAA) – operator of the A.B. Won Pat Guam International Airport, during his visit to CIAC on Wednesday to see for himself the developments at the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (DMIA).
