Food Galore at Bale Kapampangan
Savory, sumptuous and original Kapampangan food only for less! At Bale Kapampangan, food enthusiasts like me can now enjoy a variety of cuisine at only P275 with their eat-all-you-can open buffet. The price even gets lower at dinner time with only P245. You can avail of 30 different tasty dishes served in warming delight and shape.
In a brief talk with Jon Castro of Bale Kapampangan, I found out that the open buffet is presented in uniquely designed jars, creations of Hans De Jesus. The jars, although made in clay, were styled with a twist of modern burners inside to serve as individual warmers for the buffet.
Aside from these one-of-a-kind jars, Castro said the lights and other interior designs at Bale Kapampangan were all handmade courtesy of Hans. Although the energetic entrepreneur admits that he had a share of the concept of the over-all look of the restaurant.
Castro is even proud of Bale Kapampangan’s advocacy to promote the Kapampangan culture. “We often hear customers yelp when going to the comfort room, especially the non-Kapampangans because they usually enter the wrong room,” Castro said while laughing. This is because the comfort rooms of Bale were labeled Masanting (for the male) and Malagu (for female). There are no sub-label on the titles so the non-Kapampangans get confused. “We want them to ask and learn the words for themselves so we can propagate the Kapampangan language. So we always say masanting means handsome and malagu means beautiful,” he added.

The foods are perfectly delicious and delightful!
and the ambiance was really awesome and relaxing.:)
i am one of your satisfied clients sp after my son’s wedding last december. we were given a private room and we had a real feast. i recommended you to my sister who also gave a treat for us 20 relatives.. she was with me recommending your place to my brother who was very disappointed when he visited your place last week to arrange for our aunt’s 85th bday.. not only were you charging more, you also gave him a time limit and after such, a hefty charge of P2,500. it was like saying “get lost we don’t need your kind.” sad.. he was willing to spend for that treat to some 50 to 80 relatives from the Limjoco clan.
Minnie, where is this place? Location not mentioned
All dishes were perfectly prepared, the ambience is exceptional and the service is great. Would bring my family here from US. You place is definitely world standard.
