Summer raindrops create music outside SM City Clark. Inside the mall, there is even a lovelier music as 16 beautiful ladies paraded in style for the Ms. Grandview 2009 last May 8 at the SM Clark Event Center.
The coronation night was indeed memorable to the 16 charming ladies but it was dedicated to Jinky Serrano who was crowned as the Miss Grandview 2009. Clad in an elegant purple gown, Serrano’s dazzling beauty captured the nod of the board of judges led by former Comelec Commissioner Chino Marquinez and Miss Earth Philippines 2006 Catherine Yu Untalan.
Serrano was also named as Ms. Photogenic while Day Ann Manarang bagged the 1st Runner-up and the special awards for Best in Long Gown, Best in Summer Wear and Best in Casual Wear. Meanwhile, Katherine Estopin bagged the 2nd Runner-up while Charlotte Jeniffer Bernardo was chosen as Miss Congeniality and Maricel Gabalfin for Miss Talent.
