JDN Realty Groups Welcomes Brand Ambassadors

The JDN Realty Group officially welcomed two new faces to its growing family who will serve as brand ambassadors to strengthen brand connection and community engagement.

The brand ambassadors, Corrinne Deanna V. Chua and Miss Nepo 2026 Arielle Maritoni D. Cabatana, were formally introduced as representatives of the JDN Realty Group and Nepo Center following the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement on August 13, 2026 at ENTEC 1, Angeles City.

JDN Realty Group President and CEO Aaron Jeffrey B. Montenegro and AVP for Administration Maribel Ronquillo led the welcome and expressed full support for both ladies as they begin this new journey.

Corrinne, a third-year Business Management student at the De La Salle University, is described as quiet and reserved, but warm, attentive, and thoughtful once she opens up.

Arielle, Mutya ning Angeles 2025 and now Miss Nepo 2026, is described as God-fearing, humble, and grounded. A passionate advocate for mental health and education, she aspires to become a licensed psychologist someday. She is also a homebody and a cat lover.

The ambassadors will take part in activities and advocacies that aim to strengthen JDN’s commitment to community engagement, service, and enhance brand connection.

Both brand ambassadors expressed honor and enthusiasm in representing the JDN and Nepo brands, and in serving the communities they are part of.

Also present at the welcome ceremony for the ambassadors were JDN Realty Group AVP for Finance Raquel Pangilinan; AVP for Retail Leasing Diana Castillo; Retail Leasing Manager Marjorie Lapitan; Facilities Manager Engr. James Balboa; Procurement and Assets Manager Ardel Guerrero; Facilities Senior Supervisor Arch. Aaron Castro; Payroll and Admin Manager John Balatbat; and, Head of Marketing Chito Gomez.

With Corrinne and Arielle on board, the JDN Realty Group looks forward to building stronger connections with the community and continuing to champion growth, service, and excellence in JDN and Nepo.
