The centerpiece of Bale Aslagan is a windmill that houses the charming Café T.Y.S. (Tell Your Story) that serves all-time favorite drinks, coffee and comfort food and enjoy the beautiful and colorful landscape made up of different varieties of vibrant bougainvillea trees while dining al fresco or staying in the café.

Visitors can write their happy stories, feelings and experiences with family and friends and post these on the walls of Café T.Y.S. which, when Trends & Spots visited, are already lined with notes. Part of the walls are also decorated with the folded and fanned-out pages of old books.

The coffee shop interior features a welcome arch with pillars made of piled-up books. The café also has a library of books for reading patrons who might want to read.

They also have villas that can be booked for a staycation as well as a function hall for intimate gatherings and celebrations. Preparations for a wedding were being conducted when Trends & Spots visited.

The place is also an ideal location for not only for coffee but also for romantic dates and proposals. Of course, prior notice and coordination for special occasions with the owners is required.

Visitors can enjoy all these for a minimal entrance fee of only PHP20.
